I’m a public health expert and infectious disease epidemiologist with over three decades experience working at global, national, regional and local levels. I've been passionate about public health ever since my first week in medical school, driven by a desire to create meaningful change.
Over the years, I've worked with governments, mayors, charities and communities around the world, designing and implementing large-scale public health programmes that have improved wellbeing, and saved millions of lives. My experience has led me to develop a unique framework for leadership, speaking, and coaching that can help individuals, systems, and communities improve health and tackle inequalities. I believe that everyone, regardless of background or experience, has the potential to make a positive impact.
My approach is simple: I provide clear, practical guidance that empowers people to innovate, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals without burning out. This approach doesn't require extraordinary mental toughness or physical strength; it's based on practical, actionable strategies anyone can implement.
